The Ravens Roost completed renovation in early 2023 and is a family friendly cabin with  some unique features! With enough space for large families, group trips or special event accommodations, once you stay, you’ll be planning your next trip back.

Guest Information

Booking and Deposits

Valid ID and Credit Card required for Pre-Authorized damage deposit amount.

50% of the rental total amount is due at the time of booking.

50% remainder is charged to card on file 7 days before check-in date.  

Cleaning Fee is based on rental length and is calculated at time of booking.

All Long Weekend bookings are 3 night stay, minimum.

A Maximum of 10 guests are welcome. Violation of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of the booking and forfeit of deposits.

No Sublets and no unsupervised minors. Violation of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of the booking and forfeit of deposits.

Quiet Hours 11pm-7am

No Events or Parties Permitted Violation of this policy result in immediate cancellation of the booking and forfeit of deposits. Mountain Security and RCMP will be called.

No Smoking No Vaping No Drugs

No Outside Shoes  (sandals or slippers recommended)

DO NOT PARK OR WALK BESIDE CABIN - FALLING SNOW HAZARD

General Courtesy expected, do not move furniture cause damage.

Additional Cleaning Fee applicable for confetti, sparklers or other small party decoration clean up. 

No Glass or Smoking in or Around Hot Tub- Additional Cleaning Fee applicable. 

Cancellation and Refund

To receive a full refund of 50% deposit, guests must cancel at least 31 days before check-in date.

Upon management approval, guests may change dates once with no penalty, at least 31 days before check-in date.

Cancellations between 30 and 7 days before check-in- Deposit not refundable

Cancellations fewer than 7 days before check-in- Full amount of booking is non-refundable.

Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in, upon management approval.

Other Important Details

Please note that during winter (from October 1st to April 30th) it is mandatory to carry snow chains on Hemlock Valley Road in your vehicle (this mandate is valid for cars, 4x4 and trucks). Please be ready and equipped to drive in winter conditions including driving with winter tires.
